By accessing or using ClipForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClipForge is an AI-powered tool that generates short-form video scripts and voiceovers. The Service operates on a credit-based model. Credits are purchased once and never expire. There is no subscription.

3. Credits and Payments

  • Each new user receives 1 free credit upon first use, with no credit card required.
  • Additional credits are available via one-time purchase packs (Starter, Pro, Creator).
  • Credits never expire and have no cash value.
  • All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD.
  • All sales are final. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used from that pack.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is:

  • Illegal, defamatory, or harmful to others
  • Deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading
  • In violation of any third party's intellectual property rights
  • Spam or unsolicited commercial messages

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the ideas you submit. The AI-generated scripts and voiceovers produced by the Service are provided to you for personal and commercial use. ClipForge retains ownership of the Service itself, including its software and interfaces.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific needs. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
